For a while I have used six dots braille instead of eight dots braille, since a Swedish six dot liblouis braille code was added a few years ago, nowadays available for all known screen readers including iOS and MacOS., and I really enjoy. I can now e.g. note whether letters are capitalised or not or if it is a figure or a letter (Sadly figures are indicated with dot 8 in Swedish 8-dot braille) even if the text is highlighted. I mean if dots 7 and 8 indicates an attribute, such as bold, underlined, a comment, a revision or something else. But why not adding a choice in screen readers so that dots 7 and 8 could vibrate whether there are characters consisting of the same dots, like the cursor.
